The food is really good I would suggest the beef nachos. The service is pretty good and the waiters are really nice. It was a fun dining experience and I would go again 4.2 out of 5

The food was pretty good! The queso with beef and quac was really thick and good. Not velveta cheese but like actually good queso. I got the chimichanga and the crunch of the tortilla and the portion of the insides were pretty good. Only sad part was they have flan but wasn't ready to serve for the day, they explained it was jsut made and setting for the day. Otherwise the servers were sweet and the place was cozy.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We always love the delicious food at Villa Del Sol. The atmosphere is authentic Tex-Mex colorful fun. The grilled stuffed burritos and fajitas are AMAZING. The very BEST PART about our frequent visits are seeing AMY N. She is absolutely the best server! She remembers our favorites and goes above and beyond to make customers HAPPY. Ask for her when you visit! Five stars!

Villa Del Sol is a truly fantastic Mexican restaurant! The chips and salsa are amazing! They could sell that salsa for gold! It's so good I could drink it by the glass! The food is also awesome! Their fajitas are top shelf! We go there at least twice a week! The Dos XX is always cold and the schooners are frozen! My mouth is watering just writing this review. It's a small town restaurant but they get the job done even when busy! You won't be disappointed!

Simple Mexican flair done right. We always enjoy the chips and salsa, and have only had great experiences with the wait staff here. They are always very sweet and attentive! Great spot for an enjoyable meal with friends or family!

Very good green enchiladas! We are coming back Saturday night! The chips and salsa are excellent and the service was excellent!

Local Tex-mex restaurant in Azle. The food is always delicious and the service is great. This place does get busy but they seat you pretty quickly and they can accommodate larger parties. Definitely come and check them out for yourselves! You won't be disappointed! And don't forget to try the queso !

VDS has been a local go-to restaurant for me and my friends for a few years now. Overall, they do a very good job in a small town inundated with Mexican-type cuisine. They are almost always busy so sometimes you may end up waiting a few minutes for a table, weekend evenings especially. If there is anything that I have concern about, it has become the service. I understand that all restaurants are having some problem and VDS is no exception. Probably the biggest bottleneck seems to be get drinks from the bar. It can take a bit of time for sure. Other than that one small item, VDS has proven to be a reliable place to grab a bite.
